Welcome to The Singing Emcee! By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

## Corporate
You are contracting with Unisance Marketing, LLC (“Unisance” below)

## Services
Unisance Marketing, LLC provides professional emcee and other entertainment services for events and celebrations. This includes hosting, moderating, speaking, and introducing performers, and engaging with the audience, among other services.

## Bookings and Payments
To book our services, you must provide a valid credit card for payment. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date are non-refundable.

## Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Unisance Marketing, LLC and is protected by trademark and copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our written permission.

## Liability
We will make every effort to provide high-quality services for your event. However, we cannot be held liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control that may impact the performance. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

## Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Unisance Marketing, LLC and Grant Holmes harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

## Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Roanoke, Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Roanoke, Virginia.

## Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated terms on our website.
